Room with private bathroom in 2 bed 2 bath flat

Hi!
I'm looking for someone to take over this room as my current flatmate is moving out! The room is not huge but has a bed, a table and a wardrobe with an extra drawer chest in the hallway that you can use if needed! The room also has its own huge bathroom with a bath tub, however it is accessed from the hallway.

The house is sunny and well insulated keeping it warm at all times, not to mention very cozy! The flat comes equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, oven and microwave. There's also a small balcony to which you have direct access from the room.

About me: I am a 23 year old currently working as a tech graduate in Canary Wharf. I'd say I'm spontaneous and sociable and am looking for a flatmate who enjoys a fun side quests as much as a quiet night in after a cheeky 9 to 5.
