Hi! I am looking for a friendly, clean working professional female flatmate to take over my lease 🏡 I'm planning to move out by 22nd jan, so move in date would be 23rd onwards.

The flat:

3 bed, 2 bath
5 min walk to limehouse station (c2c)
easy access to canary wharf via DLR, or a lovely walk along the thames path
canary wharf is about a 20 min walk away
right by limehouse marina
pure gym <5 min walk away
spacious living room with lots of natural light
large kitchen area
rent:

£1050 per month, excluding bills, around £1200 with bills

the household:

you'd be sharing the bathroom with max (my partner), and rayona has her own en-suite. we're looking for someone who's friendly, respectful, and clean- down for movie nights and coffee walks, but also values their own space and alone time.

i'm moving out due to visa reasons and have genuinely loved living here, so i'm hoping to find someone who'll be a great fit for the flat 🏡🫶🏼
