The location is in Zone 2, conveniently 8 mins walk away from Limehouse DLR station and around 10 mins for Stepney Green station (District/Hammersmith & City Line). Queen Mary University is a 13 mins walk away. There is a park with a beautiful church 1 mins walk away, as well as close access to Mile End Park.
There is space to keep your bike inside, as well as a garden with 2 garden beds (if you enjoy gardening!) and hand-built wooden deck with seating for parties and entertaining.
Bills are not included but would be £80/month with unlimited wifi, water, electricity and gas.
References required and one month’s extra rent in the case you do not have a guarantor.
This is an LGBT+ friendly household. Due to everyone's schedules (some balancing university and a job), there is plenty of opportunity to have quiet time in the communal areas as well as time for socialising in the evening.

What is included in the room is: the bed + the bedframe, a bedside table, mirrors and wall strip lighting (both can be removed), a wooden closet, an additional set of drawers, a desk and an office chair. The landlords are very flexible, so you are free to decorate it to your heart's desire.
