About the flat -
The room is available from March 12th. Contract will be 6 months (we will most likely be extending it so someone that can commit to 12 month is preferred). The flat is new, freshly painted and super spacious. Your room will. have a bed and wardrobe and the rest of the flat is fairly kitted out as you can see in photos. You will have the main bathroom all to yourself. The area is well connected, if you like walks and coffee spots theres are some lovely walks and spots by the thames - 5/7 mins away from the flat. It's a 5 min walk to the DLR (8 mins to bank) and a 20 min walk to canary wharf (jubilee line) a 35 min walk to Victoria park and a 45 min walk to Tower Bridge. ALSO!!! The landlord is great, does above and beyond maintenance wise.

About you -
We are looking for a female preferably - someone thats happy to fit in and a good communicator (makes all the difference). Also, ideally you will be someone that isn't opposed to deep cleaning the flat every so often and keeps on top of general maintenance of the shared spaces - I have high standards for cleaning so you cannot be a slob lol. (Also open to couples)

About us -
We’re a couple (m+f) in our late 20s.(Naashika + Fundo) We’re very chilled, fairly home bodied, and respectful of shared space. We enjoy going out for cocktails occasionally but aren’t big drinkers, and we love cooking and having proper dinners at home - would love someone on that vibe. Work wise, Fundo works in tech, and I work in social media/fashion. We both work from home, so we’re happy living with someone who’s also WFH. Outside of work, we’re both creative - we make music, Fundo DJs, and I paint. Overall, we’re easygoing and looking for someone on a similar wavelength but also independent.
