Double Room in LGBTQ+ warehouse

Subletting my room in our lovely creative warehouse flat from March 1st - July 1st with possibility to take over the tenancy.

740 a month. All bills included except electric (30 a month).

Can sublet anytime between these dates, doesn’t have to be the full 3 months (even 1 month is great!) 🫶

What we’re looking for🫰
This is an LGBTQ+ unit, like majority of units in our warehouse. We are prioritizing anyone identifying LGBTQ+. We follow a strict weekly cleaning rota, and looking for someone that always cleans after themselves (no exceptions). We are a social flat, and often go out for drinks/watch movies/go on nights out together, so looking for someone social, who wants to make friends and join our adventures 🫶! We also smoke sometimes inside the flat so please keep that in mind.

Transport🚉
11 min walk to Westferry station. 12 min to limehouse. 20 minute walk to mile end. There’s a bus stop right on our street that can take you to all stations, and many other bus stops close by. Takes 20 min to get to central.

Local area🌱
Lidl and tesco just around the corner (1 min walk). Lots of local cafes, restaurants and food shops around the area. Crisp street market for local and affordable produce/takeaways. Amazing place to walk around especially near regents canal and limehouse cut. We also have a beautiful terrace perfect for gardening, hosting bbqs and small gatherings!

All furniture is staying except shoe rack.

Possibility to extend for an extra month (until July). Taking over tenancy will depend on whether or not I manage to find a new place to live, but will give you 1 month notice.

Virtual/in-person viewings will take place between Feb 16th-20th.
