Double bed in Limehouse

Hii. Looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a 6-bed three story house in Limehouse.

You’d be living with 4 boys (three of which are queer) and there is an empty room opposite mine.

The house is a 3minute walk to the DLR, 20minute walk to Mile End station and 15minute walk to Stepney Green station.

There’s a Lidl’s and fairly sized Tesco express a few stone throws away and a handful of LGBTQ+ friendly pubs and corner shops. Can’t forget about the Yurt café 🫦😍

There’s driveway space, three bathrooms (one on each floor, ground floor is just a toilet) a kitchen, garden and a living room.

This room is on the top floor, facing the front of the house. Fully furnished, there’s a desk I put into storage so I could put a chair in the corner lol

Admin rubbish: Since this is a take over, deposit and 1 months rent to me would be required if moved in a few days after the 6th ? Bill tend to come to around £80 a month.
