Room available in Lovely Limehouse flat

A room has become available in our 3 bed flat in Limehouse. The flat is located on the third floor, and there is a lift in the building. The flat has lots of amenities including dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. One of the rooms is an en-suite so you'll only be sharing the bathroom with one other person. The flat itself is located right next to Limehouse Basin, a 5 min walk from Limehouse station and a 20 min walk to Canary Wharf. There is also a Tesco Express and Lidl very close to here. Bills usually come out to around £140 a month.

The flatmates:
Usman (he/him), aged 28 and gay. Originally from Manchester, I work as a project manager for a digital agency. I'm still fairly new to the flat, I moved in just over a month ago. I'm fun and friendly, I enjoy socialising, going out for drinks and exploring new parts of London. I mainly work from home.

Theo (he/him), aged 36 and gay. Originally from New Zealand, works as a software engineer. Works in the office and sometimes from home.

We're both clean and friendly people looking for the same. Looking for someone who's on the more social side and we can call a friend rather than just a flatmate, but also respects personal space.

The exact deposit amount is TBC but it will be somewhere between £750-£850. The letting agent does do a reference check, but nothing crazy. You can also leave the tenancy agreement at any point, just need to pay a £50 admin fee. Move in date is the first week of April (exact date TBC). In the pictures I've included two different ways to set out the room.
