One of our flatmates is moving out in April, so we’re looking for someone new to join our 3-bedroom flat in Limehouse – just a 15-minute riverside walk from Canary Wharf.
About the flat:
The flat has 3 double bedrooms and 2 full-size bathrooms (one is an ensuite). There’s a big, fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, and a spacious living room. We’ve got all the essential appliances: dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle etc.
It’s a clean, tidy and bright home in a good residential building with lots of natural light.
The room:
It’s a fully furnished room with a double bed, wardrobe, a bedside table and a chest of drawers. You would be sharing the bathroom with only one other person.
The area:
Great public transport links – just a 5-minute walk to Limehouse Station (DLR and National Rail), connecting to Bank in less than 10 minutes. Canary Wharf is a 15-minute walk away, with access to the Jubilee and Elizabeth lines.
There are multiple bus stops right outside the building, making commuting super easy.
You’ll also have a Lidl close by, Tesco and Asda near the station, a PureGym next door, and Canary Wharf shopping centre with Waitrose, M&S, restaurants, and loads of shops.
Available from: 11th April 2026
Bills: Up to £150/month, including council tax (band E). The utility bills might be a bit higher in winter.
Deposit & references:
There’s a reference check (£50), and the deposit is £921.
Flatmates:
You’ll be sharing with two easy-going, tidy young professionals.
Zuzia is 28 and works in environmental research.
Sri is 23 and is currently training to become a charted accountant.
We both work hybrid: about 2–3 days from home, and 2 days from the office.
We’re looking for someone relaxed, social and tidy to fit in with us well. This would be ideal for someone who likes to take care of their living space.
Also, bonus points if you’re vegetarian or pescatarian, as we both don’t cook meat in the flat.
