A large, fully furnished room available to rent in a shared house near Mile End. The room itself is the biggest in the house (original the living room, now converted into a bedroom) and comes with plenty of space, storage and natural light.
The room includes a large desk, chair, armchair and lots of storage (a wardrobe and set of drawers), making it ideal for both studying and relaxing.
The house features a large communal kitchen, garden, washing machine and central heating. There are two bathrooms in total, and you will be sharing one with two other housemates. There is also a spare room used for shared storage.

- 5 minute tube ride to Stratford Westfield shopping centre
- 5 minute walk to Limehouse station and Tesco
- Close to Victoria Park
- Quiet, safe residential area with many amenities and stores nearby
- Very convenient for students studying at Queen Mary University of London

You will be living with 4 other girls aged 19-21, all second year students who met through university. All the girls are tidy, sociable and easy to live with. They enjoy spending time together but also respect each other's space and downtime.
We are looking for a female flatmate, ideally of a similar age but they don't have to be a student.

Rent and Details:
- Security deposit: £1073 (5 weeks)
- Preference for rent to be paid upfront (ideally for full 4 month sublet), however I am open to discussing alternative arrangements.
- Deposit will be held securely and if alternative arrangements are discussed, assuming there are no issues with the tenancy, it can be used towards the final months rent
- Any remaining balance of the deposit will be returned at the end of the tenancy
