Double Room in a 4 Bed Flatshare in Limehouse

The 4th room has become available in our 4-bed flatshare!

You’ll be living with myself, Kat (from Yorkshire, working as an office manager), George (from Cambridge, working in social media), and Jack (from Cirencester, who’s a chef). We’re ideally looking for another girl to keep the flat balanced.

This isn’t a party house, but we do enjoy being social, we go to the pub together occasionally or catch up in the living room after work. We’re looking for someone considerate, tidy and that respects the peaceful vibe of the flat. Overall we’re all pretty relaxed and easygoing.

Bills come to approximately £100 per month. We’re also planning to get a cleaner twice a month, which would be an additional £20 per person.

About the room:

Amenities:
We’re a 10-minute walk from a large Lidl and a Tesco Express, plus Canary Wharf is only a 15-minute walk away with plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants. The area itself is generally quiet and residential, with some lovely riverside pubs and cafes nearby.

Transport:
- 5-minute walk to Westferry DLR
- 15-minute walk to Canary Wharf (Jubilee & Elizabeth lines)

The flat also has:

- Separate toilet and shower room

Please note: we are looking for someone to move in ASAP, it will be a rolling contract and there will be a referencing check carried out by the letting agent, including a minimum income requirement.
