The flat is on the 4th floor, with lift access, a friendly concierge, and a large south-facing balcony overlooking Regent’s Canal.
Recently refurbished with new carpets, furniture, paintwork etc. and looks great.

About us:
We’re two professionals, both doing a mix of office work and WFH.
Gunnar is a 37-year old civil servant from Germany. He likes running, going to concerts and theatre.
Sarim is a 23 year old content & media designer/artist. He enjoys trail walking, gym, coffee and anything creative!
During the week we’re fairly work-focused and like to keep the flat relaxed and easy to live in, but we’re also social and up for hanging out and spending time together in the flat and beyond! Lots to do nearby and easy to get around.

Around 20 minutes door-to-door to Bank via the DLR
15-minute walk to Mile End Underground — Central, District and Hammersmith & City lines
Tesco Express directly below the building, open until 11pm, including Sundays

Star of the East nearby - a solid local pub
Around 10 minutes by bike to Victoria Park
