We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our modern 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat in Limehouse, available from the end of July.

The flat is on the 4th floor, with lift access, a friendly concierge, and a large south-facing balcony overlooking Regent’s Canal. It was fully refurbished around 6 months ago, with new carpets, furniture, repainting, ventilation unit, doors and thresholds.

About us:
We’re two professionals, one working in the Civil Service and the other in the creative industry - both doing a mix of office work and WFH. During the week we’re fairly work-focused and like to keep the flat relaxed and easy to live in, but we’re also social and up for hanging out when it suits.

Easy walking/cycling distance to Canary Wharf
Around 20 minutes door-to-door to Bank via the DLR
15-minute walk to Mile End Underground — Central, District and Hammersmith & City lines
Tesco Express directly below the building, open until 11pm, including Sundays
Lidl just over the road
PureGym Limehouse around 5 minutes’ jog up the canal
Star of the East nearby - a solid local pub
Around 10 minutes by bike to Victoria Park
