Double room with private balcony in Limehouse

We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our lovely 3-bedroom flat in Limehouse.

The room is a spacious double with its own private balcony, which is a really rare bonus! There’s also a second shared balcony leading off the living room, so there’s plenty of outdoor space to enjoy.

You’ll be sharing with two girls, aged 23 and 26, both working in corporate jobs. We’re friendly, clean and sociable, and looking for someone who’s similar : ideally someone who enjoys having a chat or grabbing a drink together, but also respects each other’s space.

Limehouse is a great spot for getting around London, with Limehouse DLR and C2C nearby, as well as easy access to Canary Wharf and central London. There are also plenty of shops, cafés, pubs and restaurants nearby.

We’re looking for someone who is clean, considerate and easy-going, ideally someone in their mid- late 20s and working full-time.
