The bedroom overlooks an inner courtyard and is very quiet. You'd share with only one other person, a professional female (I'm posting the ad as the live out landlord)..
The flat is fully furnished including electric appliances such as oven, washing machine, microwave, iron, vacuum cleaner, kettle, dishwasher, dishware, fridge and freezer. All bills are included in the rent and broadband internet is provided for free.
Preference for a female roommate over 30, who is very clean and tidy, responsible, and a non-smoker. Also someone who likes a calmer energy at home - having guests from time to time is fine but understanding this is not a party flat. The flatmate you'll be living with loves film (everything from art cinema to science fiction), reading, attending art and cultural events, museums, walking/wandering around town, and even an occasional beer at the pub.
Canary Wharf is a short walk away, and has plenty of amenities, including shopping, restaurants and bars.
Excellent transport links to Central London with the DLR, the Queen Elizabeth Line and the Jubilee Line.
