The people currently living here are aged 26/30, professionals/graduates/8+years living in shared accommodation (Finance/Medical publisher). Both are now into their third year of stay.

The rent is £276.92 per week. Rent is ALL INCLUSIVE of all bills. There are no hidden costs. 2 months rent will be needed, one of which is the bond and will be returned upon leaving and the other will be the first months rent. The deposit will be registered with the Deposit scheme.

I am a private landlord of 20+ years, there are no admin or any kind of fees.

Should you want the room, 1 week deposit will be needed to secure the room and the room will then be taken off the market.
