Hello there! We are looking for someone to replace one of our flatmates The flat is 3 minutes away by walk from Marylebone station 7-8 from Baker Street.

The room comes at a price that is almost unbeatable for the location. It tends on the small side but has everything a room needs.

One thing to note is that the price includes everything: bills, council tax and broadband.

Big kitchen and living room to suit every need for dinners or parties.

As for the flatmates, we are 3 lovely people who love to joke around, share evenings around a movie, sometimes board games, and going out on the weekend. We are looking for a friend, not just co-habitant.
