Double room from Feb - Lisson Grove :)

We have one room available in our flat in Lisson Grove, ready to move in immediately. We’re looking for someone friendly to be our new flatmate!

The room:
It’s a spacious bright room with a double bed, a desk, cupboard and two sets of drawers.

The flat:
3 bedroom flat in Lisson Grove with one bathroom and a shared living room. The flat is fully furnished.

The area is very nice, quiet and feels very safe! Regent’s park is a 10 minute walk away, close to Little Venice and the canals for walks/runs.

For transport, it’s a 15 minute walk to Edgware Road station, 15 minutes to St John’s Wood station and 20 minutes to Paddington.

Bills come up to around £80 pm/pp.

Rent is 940pcm.

The flatmates:

We are two young professionals (both girls), aged 25 years old.

Our current flatmate has moved abroad, and so we are looking for someone tidy and friendly to join us in the flat for the remaining 6 months of the contract (March/April to September), with the possibility of remaining afterwards.
