Hello, this room is available from 1 July, with a one-year contract. The landlord is currently selling the flat and the contract has a two-month break in clause after guaranteed four months of minimum stay.

The room is a spacious double bedroom in a 2-bedroom flat. There is a big wardrobe with a lot of storage. It has its own bathroom with a bathtub. There is enough space to add a desk and a chair (the ones currently shown on the photo will be removed).

The building - Belvedere Heights - is located only 8 minutes' walk from Marylebone Station and 13 minutes' walk to Edgware road station. The flat itself comprises a large living room with a recently renovated kitchen, with all necessary amenities. The flat benefits from concierge, a lift and its own gym.

Current flatmate: You will be sharing the flat with one professional lady (29-years-old, Bulgarian, working in consulting). I treat this flat as a home rather than a flat share and am looking for someone who would think the same. I am looking for someone who is happy to maintain a cleaning rota and ensure the flat is kept tidy at all times.

Location: The flat is located minutes away from Marylebone station (national rail station, Bakerloo line) and Edgware road. There are plenty of amenities around including shops (waitrose, M&S, tescos, corners shops). It is less than 10 minutes' walk from Regent's park.
