Double room available in NW8

Hi!

I am moving out of my current room in the flat and we are looking for a kind, tidy and easy going replacement.

The 3 that you will be living with work varied shifts as paramedics, meaning that the house is usually very quiet and you have lots of space to yourself, but we do ask that you are respectful of the varied shift patterns and keep relatively quiet when people are sleeping.
There are nice large communal areas including lots of storage space, a little balcony and a big living room.

The flat is located in a gated complex with parking and good access to tube and train stations (Edgware road, Paddington, Marylebone all within 5-10 min walk) as well as Regent’s Park, Hyde Park and Little Venice, all really great for sunny weekends this summer!

The flat has 2 full bathrooms between 4 people and bills are not included, but come to a fairly reasonable £80-100 on average each month.
The room is fairly small as you can see but can be made to be quite nice.

Finally, the room will be free from the 18th of June but rent comes out on the 4th of July, if you wish to move in before the 4th you would pay for as many days as you stay.
