My interests include cooking, baking, spirituality, meditation, working out and it will be great to share the space with someone with similar interests. I am looking for someone (professional or post-grad) who is friendly, responsible, quiet, tidy and respectful.
Rent and Bills:
Rent for the larger bedroom is £650 per month and the second bedroom is £600 per month. Both rooms are for single occupancy only. Bills currently come to approx. £120-£140 per month.
Location:
The flat is located at a 7 minute walk from Marylebone train station and 15 minute walk from Baker Street station. Edgware Road station is 11 minutes away.
There's plenty of shops in the neighbourhood with Tesco's around 7 minutes away, while Waitrose and Aldi are a 15 minute walk away.
