Lisson Grove NW8 Double Room - 6+ month sublet

Looking to sublet this room as I'll be travelling around Asia and don't have a set return date. I'm planning to move all my stuff out before Christmas.

£706 monthly rent. It includes ALL bills, water, electricity, WIFI, council tax etc. This amount is fixed to the rent amount that I pay.

We also have a cleaner that comes once a week for communal areas (included in £706 rent)

Minimum stay is 6 months and then a rolling monthly contract with at least 1 month termination notice by either of us.

I've been renting here for over 3 years and it's a great place and location, especially for the price.

This room has a king size bed and includes all the furnishings except the desk chair. Plenty of storage space and the in-wall wardrobe has a long rail for hanging clothing.

Ample cupboard space in the kitchen. There are 2 fridge freezers so you have half of a fridge freezer to yourself.

The flat has no living room unfortunately but there is a table and chairs in the kitchen

2 bathrooms (1 full bathroom and the other is split toilet room and shower room) shared between all flatmates.

Very reliable landlord, if any maintenance/repairs needed

Quiet and easygoing flat. Flatmates get along and do their own thing. Flat not suitable for loud/party vibe as families live around the building.

1 flatmate has a 12 year old chihuahua that makes no noise and is super chill

1 month deposit required. Looking for professional only as a reliable tenant is required
