I'm a 2nd year International Relations student at UCL, looking or male flat mate to share 80 sq mt (2 bed) apt in London (zone 1, Westminster). Minimum 1 year rent (renewable). The building is brand new, 2 years old, (Carrick Yard) and is located at an 8-minute walk from Marylebone and Egdware road tube stations and Paddington station. 15 minutes from Regent Park and 10 minutes from Little Venice! The neighborhood is residential but has all facilities a couple of minutes away.

Bedroom n2 will be assigned to the flat mate together with it's private bathroom (bathroom n2) just outside the room. The living room has a double sofa bed (that both tenants can occasionally use for guests/family) and there's a beautiful wide balcony with space for dining.
