Apparently flat looks much nicer in person than on the pics (so I’ve been told).

Very bright and fully furnished and stylish decorated one bedroom Victorian conversion on a first floor with very high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows (45m2) in the centre of Little Venice (very safe and cosy part of Maida Vale - ZONE 1). Friendly and chick neighbourhood with a few charming caffe and restaurants around the corner.

Many bus lines in front of the house and 5 min walk to Warwick Avenue and Maida Vale tube stations, 15 min walk to St John’swood. 15 and 20min to Regent’s Park and Hyde park. Easy cycling commute to all parts of London. Flat has been renovated, bathroom and kitchen are a few years old but the flat also has the charm of an old building (only 3 flats in the building).

I’ll be doing a short international secondment and don’t want to give up the flat.
