I'm looking to rent out my room as I'll be leaving the flat to move in with my partner. My flatmate and bestie, will be staying on in the flat. He is very chill but social and we have developed a great friendship since meeting on Spareroom in 2021! Ideally looking for an LGBTQ person to move in, but open.
The room has an ensuite bathroom across the hall. The flat is a 2xbed 2xbath with a living room/dining room/kitchen. It is on the third floor with no elevator - so you will need to be comfortable with stairs.
The area is great, easy access to central London and many amenities nearby. Council tax band F.
