A room in a charming flat close to Little Venice

Hello, thank you for taking the time to read this ad.

Sadly, my housemate will need to relocate due to work commitments, and a room has now become available at our lovely flat. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom flat has a spacious backyard perfect for summer BBQs and entertaining friends. I have the ensuite so the new housemate will use the other bathroom exclusively!
The kitchen comes with regular amenities, including a dishwasher, washing machine (and dryer, but I find it easier to hang dry ), and a good-sized living room and conservatory, which is where the main dining table is.

The room is north-facing and comfortably accommodates a double bed. Unfortunately, it does not come with furnishing.

The flat is close to Little Venice and is about a 10-minute walk to Warwick Avenue (Bakerloo. access to Lizzie line), Royal Oak (H&C), and a 15-minute walk to Westbourne Park underground (H&C). There are a lot of really nice coffee shops around the area.

This flat would suit a professional looking for a quiet home to return to.

The rent doesn't include bills; however, we typically spend £120pp monthly, and this includes council tax (band E), Gas, electricity, water, Internet, and TV licence. I occasionally arrange for a cleaner or someone to mend the back garden.


About me

I am a professional working in a hybrid setting in the City. I typically work from home on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays. I enjoy cooking, travelling, and outdoor activities such as hiking and skiing.

About you

You would ideally be a professional of a similar age who is thoughtful and would appreciate this charming flat. While this is not a party house, we have hosted dinner parties and BBQs in summer in the past, and it would be lovely to continue this tradition.
