Lovely ensuite double room in Little Venice

Our flatmate is moving out of our flat in Little Venice, so we have an ensuite double room available from mid August. We are looking for a female professional to join us.

The room is lovely with big built in wardrobes and a new bathroom, fully renovated a few months ago. The bathroom also has a lot of storage space. The rent is 1300£ per month plus bills which are roughly £100 per person including energy, council tax, fast wifi and water.

The flat is super lovely, with a nice living room and large windows in all rooms. It is located a 6/7 minute walk to Warwick Avenue tube station and a 5 min walk to the canal. We also contact directly with the landlords for anything needed rather than an agency, which has been a very positive experience.

Maida Vale/Little Venice is a beautiful area, feels super calm and safe while still very close to central London - about 15mins to Oxford Street in the Bakerloo Line, and one stop away from Paddington.

You would be living with myself, a 32 year old professional, and another female flatmate Enza, 31 and also working in central London. We both work from home a few days a week. This is a very peaceful and quiet household, not a party house, and that's still the intention moving forward. We enjoy time together every now and then, while mostly doing our own thing and keeping the flat a very cozy and clean space.
