1 bedroom available in a cozy flat a 10 min walk from Paddington and 5 minute walk from Warwick Avenue (Bakerloo line). Gets gorgeous sunlight and is right next to a small high street (Gail’s, Tesco, Boots, etc.).

The room itself gets gorgeous morning sunlight, has great closet space, room for a desk or dresser, and comes with a king sized bed. You would also get your own bathroom (the flat has 2)! The flat has a classic London feel but is also recently updated with new appliances, etc. Flat also has a lofted space that works well for storage as well as hosting visitors (has room to comfortably fit a king sized mattress).

Flatmate would be a woman in her early 30s who works in technology. We’ve loved spending evenings cooking together or watching films, but also live separate lives and give each other plenty of space.

Absolutely love this flat and flatmate - only leaving and looking for someone to take over the remainder of my lease (through next summer) as I’m moving in with my boyfriend.

Note: this would be a full lease takeover through my landlord, so you would need to go through their referencing process and provide a deposit. You’d then take over the lease through 5th July 2026!
