2 light and spacious double rooms are available in a beautiful three story mews house filled with character. The rooms are large enough to give you plenty of space while still feeling warm and comfortable. My friend and I are moving out as we were only staying short term while searching for our long term place, so both rooms will be free.

• Fully furnished with bedding, linen and towels provided, though you are welcome to bring your own and I can store what is here
• TV licence

• Weekly cleaner who comes for four hours, around £20 each
• Water, gas and electricity bills

The location
• Two minutes from the beautiful canal of Little Venice
• On the doorstep of Formosa Street with its boutique shops, cafés and favourite pubs including The Hero of Maida and Prince Alfred
• Three minutes to Warwick Avenue tube and only six minutes into Baker Street
• A twenty minute walk to Hyde Park or Marble Arch and a twenty five minute stroll along the canal into Regent’s Park
• Ten minutes to Paddington Station or just two minutes by tube with fast connections to the Heathrow Express and the Elizabeth Line

There is also a sweet six year old Boston Terrier in the house who loves people and playtime.
