A lovely double room is available in our cosy 2-bed, 1-bath fourth floor flat in the heart of Little Venice / Maida Vale. The location couldn’t be better. We’re surrounded by cafés, parks, pubs, corner shops, and great neighborhoods nearby. We have easy access to the Bakerloo, Hammersmith & City, and Circle lines (all around a 10–15 minute walk away). Waitrose, Tesco, and Sainsbury’s are all also within a 15-minute walk, with Aldi about 20 minutes away. The flat also has a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, and washer/dryer.

Rent is £1,250/month excluding bills and council tax, which usually come to around £200/month each.

You’d be sharing with one other female flatmate (late-20s professional) who enjoys running, movie nights, and keeping the flat calm, welcoming, and clean😊. Looking for someone with a similar vibe, ideally a female professional in her mid-to-late 20s or early 30s who’s tidy, considerate, has similar hobbies/interests and is down for the occasional dinner or day or night out, while also respecting each other’s downtime and space.
