1 bedroom available in a beautiful flat less than a 5 minute walk from Warwick Avenue (Bakerloo line) and 10 minutes from Paddington. The flat has floor to ceiling windows letting in lots of sunlight and is right next to a small high street (Gail’s, Boots, three grocery stores, butcher, etc.).

The room itself gets gorgeous morning sunlight, has great closet space, and comes with a king bed. The flat has 2 bathrooms so you’d get your own! The property has a classic London feel but is also recently updated with new appliances, etc. The flat has a lofted space that works well for storage as well as hosting visitors (it has room to comfortably fit a king sized airmattress).

Flatmate would be a woman in her late 20s who works in finance. We’ve loved spending evenings going to restaurants we’ve been wanting to try or watching films, but we also live separate lives and give each other our own space.

I adore this flat and flatmate - I am just leaving as I am moving in with my partner in August.
