Hi! We're three male students in our twenties looking for a friendly fourth flatmate to join us in our four-bedroom flat in beautiful Maida Vale, just a 10-minute walk from Little Venice and with excellent transport links into central London.

The flat has a spacious shared living room, a separate kitchen, one shared bathroom and a spare bedroom available immediately. Currently being furnished.

Rent is £850 per month, with bills coming to approximately £50 per month.

We're looking for someone who's considerate, tidy and happy to share a relaxed, friendly home. We're all busy with work and study but enjoy chatting, watching films or grabbing food together from time to time.
