We have a clean, single room in a friendly house share within a short walk of Warwick Avenue Station. Please note- this room is for single occupancy only.

The three existing housemates are all working professionals with varying jobs such as Marketing, Hospitality & IT.

We do not use agencies and all the housemates are personally chosen by us.

The bedroom comes furnished with wardrobe, open shelving, desk and office chair. The bed is an extra wide single with divan storage drawers. The house also has wireless access to 100Mbps high speed fibre optic broadband.

Modern eat in kitchen with good sized South facing balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with a tall fridge/freezer, oven, gas hob, microwave and washing machine. All cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and conveniences provided.

All bills are included (gas, electricity, water, council tax, tv license and broadband). This rental price also includes a weekly cleaning service which covers the communal areas of the home. There are no hidden fees.
