Highlights include a large south-west facing sitting room - leading onto a beautiful and fully blossomed balcony - and large & light kitchen/dining room. These rooms are situated on the lower floor. The two bedrooms/en-suites are on the top floor.

The flat directly overlooks the charming Grand Union Canal in Little Venice. This is a truly peaceful area, but if evening drinks are a necessity, the locally well-known Waterway restaurant and other equally pleasant watering holes are literally staggering distances away.

Centrally located with both Bakerloo and District/Circle lines within very short walking distances. There are also excellent connections - Paddington station is a 10 minute walk.

Very local to all main shops, great restaurants, friendly pubs, parks, gyms, public tennis courts, cinemas.

I'm looking for someone quiet, clean and tidy ... a like-minded professional who will treat the flat with respect. This would be somewhere to relax when not working, a peaceful place that you should be able to call home; somewhere we can share a glass of wine together on occasions.

Also very interested in Monday-Friday rentals (rent would be reduced).
