I am a kind and considerate person, love to create homely, peaceful and friendly vibe for my flat, and looking for a female roommate who also kind, friendly, tidy, and treat it as her own home.


House rules:

- Vegetarian kitchen (No meat, but cheese and eggs are fine), I am a vegan, protecting earth.
- High cleanliness standards. 
- non-smoking. 
- No excessive drinking or house parties.
- Respectfully taking care of furnitures and house rules

- Premiere location in Little Venice, walking distance to Paddington and Notting Hill, high ceiling, victorian flat. 
- Your room is spacious, 17 + square meters. (master bedroom size!).
- Your room access to huge Terrance!
- Beautiful living room with large open planed kitchen 
- Big size bathroom. 
- All equipments, furnitures, wifi, bills, council taxes, service charge are included. Only contribute £50 for bills
- The room is spacious, big wall wardrobe, most importantly it's south facing with lots of sunlight!
- Fantastic location: Apartment is 5mins to Warwick Avenue tube station, bus stops down the road. Nice walking distance to Paddington and Notting hill!

An ideal flatmate would be kind, friendly and naturally aligned to the above, also want to take the place as her home.

If you like to sign up 1 year fix contract ( any living longer than 1 year), the rental Price: £1550/m, deposit: £1650.
If you like to sign up 6 months contract ( any living shorter than 1 year), the rental price: £1600/m, deposit £1700.
Contribute £50 for bills.

I prefer a flatmate who can stay here longer and treat the flat as your own home.
