The flat has full double glazing and gas central heating with a radiator in each room. Rent includes council tax, water & internet. Tenants share gas & electric which will be around £30-£40 per month per person.

The contract is super flexible with just one month’s notice if you need to leave. I own the apartment and you will be dealing directly with me. There are no useless agents or extra fees. I am a full time landlord and have someone who works full time for me so between the two of us we can respond quickly to your needs. I always return deposits promptly.
