This room is available for a short term let only, i. e. 1-3 months (with the possibility of extending).

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, clean, non-smoking person for our beautiful single room (4m x 2m) in a flatshare in the heart of the city (between Liverpool Street and Aldgate stations).

The room has a solid wood single bed, wardrobe and bedside table. The flat has solid wood floors throughout and new triple glazing. The shared kitchen has a dining area and all mod cons (eg. dishwasher, with separate utility). There is also a kitchen balcony. The bathroom is fully-tiled and has an electric shower. There is also a separate WC.

The rent includes all utilities – gas, electricity, water rates, service charges, refuse/recycling collection and Broadband.

The room is also available with secure underground parking for an extra £100. per month. As the flat is within the congestion charge zone, you would be elegible for the full 90% residents discount.

The property is very well served by transport and amenities. We are 3 mins walk from Liverpool Street and Aldgate Stations, 5 minutes from Fenchurch Street and 7 mins from Bank and Moorgate. Spitalfields Market, Shoreditch, Hoxton, Brick Lane, Columbia Rd. market, Tate Modern and the South Bank Centre are all within easy walking distance. We are also within easy reach of the River, Tower Bridge, St. Katherines Dock, Borough Market, the West End, Covent Garden, Shakespeares Globe... the list is almost endless!
