Hi all,
as I am moving back to Frankfurt for work, I am / my flatmate is looking for someone to move into my wonderful room in Whapping.
The apartment is very special, with a large living room and a beautiful terrace all in a very central neighborhood close to the river. Both Wapping station (11 min to Shoreditch High Street) and Shadwell station (5 min to Bank station) are within 5 min by foot. You would have your own bathroom.
Your potential flatmate is 23, works in Banking and is always open to go out on weekends and/or have a beer and cook some pasta.
I would prefer for someone to move in ASAP, your name would then be replacing mine on the tenancy contract. Viewings will take place next weekends / weekdays after 10pm.
Some of the furniture could be bought for a good price, but there is no obligation.
Rent does not include council tax, electricity or gas. All in all, I paid around 1100 pounds in total.
