Full balcony patio around living area all rooms have full sliding windows and small patios as well.
The flat is perfectly located between Old Street, Liverpool Street and Shoredicth High Street - walking distance to all less than 10 mins
I've included some photos of the room - the room and flat are fully furnished expect the standing desk pictured however I have a spare desk I can put in the room if you WFH.
Looking for a working professional to take over, I'm 33 and work in B2B SaaS sales so some days WFH some from the office.
I NEED SOMEONE WHO IS WILLING TO DO 6 MONTHS - due to the contract being 12 months with 6-month break clause I am ideally looking for a long-term renter needing a room.
I will want to meet and speak to you before as I need to ensure we will be compatible for the time period.
