Room available 4 min walk from Liverpool Street

We have a gorgeous double room becoming available in a Georgian conversion, 4 min walk from Liverpool Street and right next to Spitalfields market. The room is available from the 20th of May.

The flat has a lot of unique features, including an entrance ground floor with a large chandeliered atrium that extends all the way up to the roof beside the staircase (currently just used for bikes and storage), a shared living room space and access to a roof terrace with the most incredible sunset views over the city.

There are two shared modern bathrooms, with plenty of storage. Induction modern cooker, dishwasher, washing machine. Bills should add up to around £120.

Occupying the remaining rooms are 3 girls in their mid to late 20s. I have loved living here and only moving to move in with my boyfriend.

The house is located across the road from Ottolenghi, next to the oldest Georgian shop in London and on the corner of Artillery Passage which is beautiful. Spitalfields market is also less than 2 mins walk with lots of food options.

For transport we’re 8 mins walk to Algate East, 4 mins walk from Liverpool Street, 10 mins walk from Shoreditch High Street station. There is a big Tesco next to Liverpool Street station and a small Sainsbury’s 1 min walk from us.
