Central London Flat

A fully furnished room with natural light and amazing views of the city.

Looking for a friendly female to take over my current housemate’s tenancy for a year. The room has a double bed, and while small has tons of storage including a dresser, wardrobe and underbed drawers.

I’m practicing architecture and I will be starting my masters in September. In my free time I go to the gym, paint, craft, read, and attend lectures and networking events. I love cooking and social dinners (plus adding excessive amounts of salt to my food). Looking for someone who is chill but sociable, tidy, and will respect that I will be studying next year.

Rent is 1195 per month and the deposit is 2624 (wifi and heating included). Other bills(Gas, electricity and water) and council tax averages 70 a month.

The landlady is super lovely and is great with dealing with any problems with the flat instantly. The flat is a 1960 ex-council block and is very well maintained with lovely residents. There is also a shared podium with planting and seating space. The flat is a 3min walk from Liverpool Street and Aldgate station which is great for commuting. Its super central location means you can save money by walking/ cycling to work. There are a lot of local amenities and you’re within walking distance of Spitalfields Market and Brick Lane. Being a few streets back from Liverpool Street Station makes it a quiet but safe area. Moving in date is slightly flexible but mid/late August is preferable.
