We have a massive double bedroom available from 29 September 2024 in the heart of Shoreditch (EC2A). The flat is in a quiet street between the vibrant Shoreditch High Street and Curtain Road. The flat is a 10-minute walk from the City.

I am moving out of the flat after a wonderful 2 years due to job changes and am looking for someone who will renew the lease with my flatmates Alex and Anurag for another year.

About the room:

🏠 Rent: around £1115 per month
🗒 Bills: all excluded (except for water) and are usually between £90-150 for council tax, internet, gas and electricity
💰 Deposit: £1281 in total (£1189 to be paid to me as the outgoing tenant + £84 to the agency)
🪑Furniture: The room is huge for the area, and comes furnished with:
- large desk with drawers and chair
- massive built-in sliding cupboards
- large cabinet / bedside table
- new IKEA double bed with extra storage cabinets below
- new IKEA double mattress
- large standing mirror

Great transport connections:
3 minutes walk from Shoreditch High Street Station (Overground), 10 minutes walk from Liverpool Street Station (Elizabeth, Central, Hammersmith & City, Metropolitan, Circle, Overground, TfL Rail), and less than 10 minutes walk from Old Street Station (Northern Line, National Rail).

Current flatmates:
Alex has recently moved from Canada to work in finance near Liverpool Street Station and Anurag is an actuarial analyst working near St Paul's. Both are sociable, chilled and neat young professionals.

They're busy during the week and usually have things going on during the weekends, but are very friendly and always up for a chat!
