Bedroom with toilet near old street station

2b2b listing for rent which has a master bedroom with bedroom, roommate is Chinese, college student. The house is on the fourth floor with a very nice view and the home is fully equipped. The roommate is basically not at home, usually lives in another city and comes back about two or three times a week. As the roommate from China, it is better to be Chinese. Thanks!
