Hayloft Point Sublet

I am transferring my contract for an en-suite room at Hayloft Point from May until the end of the contract (13th of September 2025). The contract is bonded with Unite Students, and they will sort things out for us. The exact move-in date is negotiable (May). One should be a student.

The room is on the 20th floor and has views of the Shard, the Gherkin (can see Tower Bridge also). It comes with a small double bed with all bills included. (Photos are from the website. If you are interested in taking my room, I can send you detailed pictures of my room)

The building has excellent connectivity—you can easily get around London by taking 6 different lines of the tube and many buses.

As a student accommodation, it has all the facilities, including 24/7 security, parcel service, a gym, fitness room, laundry room, karaoke room, cinema room, gaming room, study room, etc. It provides a social space, including a common lounge where you can play pool and table tennis. Vending machines are available for snacks and drinks as well.
