Spacious and bright flat in Spitalfields

My flatmate is moving out in mid March (flexible date) and I’m looking for someone to take her spot! We live in a lovely, sunny flat just 5min from Spitalfields market and 3min from Shoreditch High St overground. The complex was built in the 2000’s so spacious (>1000sqft) and great build quality, with thoughtful design. You’ll have your own double bedroom and guest bathroom with bath tub (I have an en-suite).

I work in environmental law in a very demanding role, often working late hours, so I value coming home to a place to decompress and relax. I enjoy making music, having dinner parties with friends, and volunteering at the local community garden. I’m looking for a flatmate who shares my values, who is a clear and direct communicator, and where we have compatible living styles/rhythms. (I go by “Ming Zee, my full firstname).

With bills included, everything comes up to approx £1450.
