New flatmate for central Shoreditch flat

Hey! We’re looking for someone to join our gorgeous flat in a fantastic location! Unfortunately our current flatmate Brad is leaving us to do some extensive travelling next year, so we are keen to find someone stellar to take his place.

The flat is just a 10-minute walk from both Moorgate and Old Street underground stations, and even closer to Liverpool Street and Shoreditch High Street.

There is tons to do in the area, including Brick Lane, Vintage shopping, food markets and Columbia Road flower market that is open on the weekends.

The flat includes:
A cosy living room
A separate, fully equipped kitchen
A spacious shared bathroom
A shared enclosed courtyard that is easily accessible from the flat
A bright, roomy bedroom facing the street (that could be yours!)

You’ll be sharing with two professionals:
- Yas, a HR professional who loves galleries & museums, making things (when she has time), exploring local markets, seeing friends and cooking for people.
- ⁠Maddie, a school librarian who loves reading, running, pub drinks, and eating out.

We’re a friendly and respectful household. We’re not a party flat, but we do enjoy catching up in the living room with some TV or a chat. At the same time, we all appreciate the importance of personal space and downtime.

We're looking for someone clean, considerate, and sociable, and who’s happy to contribute to a relaxed and welcoming home environment. Ideally someone between 27-32.

Bills come to £125 per month, including everything. While the room came unfurnished, you do have the chance to purchase the current furniture for £100 from Brad, if needed.
