All Girls Flat Looking for Flatmate in Jan

We are looking for somebody to join our central, all-girls flat from January 1st!

The flat is centrally located with amazing connections:
~3 mins to Aldgate and Aldgate East stations
~6 mins to Liverpools St
Walking distance to a lot of office areas

This is a huge room with a lot of light. It also had direct access to the flat’s balcony (that gets a lot of sunlight).

You would be living with 2 international girls in their mid-twenties. Both are young professionals, who mostly work from their offices. Looking for somebody who is nice, neat, and social (while also respecting personal space of course)!

There’s also a lot of fun things to do in the area, with Spitalfields market, Brick lane, Colombia Road Flower Market, and much more within walking distance. ~15 minutes to Tower Bridge.

£1300 INCLUDING all bills and council tax. Furnished.

You rent directly with a nice, responsive landlord, so no big agency. While the lease is 12-months, you can also leave during the lease as long as you find your somebody to take over your part of the contract.
