Two Rooms available in E1

We have two double rooms available in our very central flat in the City of London.

Both rooms are technically unfurnished though one of the departing flatmates is moving countries so there is furniture to sell.

The house is spacious: separate kitchen and lounge, two bathrooms (each with shower and toilet) and all bedrooms are big for London standards!

The flat is in an ideal location - 5 minutes walk from Liverpool Street station and 10 minutes walk from Aldgate East station, Moorgate station for the Northern line is also walkable distance (maybe 15 minutes). Close to Spitalfields markets and plenty of city life nearby

Despite being so central the house actually is rather quiet. We aren’t a party flat, we’ve lived together for over 2 years now and we made it our home. Everyone in the house can dabble in a beverage, and we have a friendly chatty vibe in the house so are looking for someone who would fit into that 🏡😊 the remaining flatmates are both female in late 20s/early 30s and both in professional 9-5 mon-fri jobs. We are looking for a vibe that works to keep our friendly flat homely! Also bills are not included in the rent, we each pay about £120 pcm into an account that covers bills.

Both rooms are available from the start of Feb. We will look to do viewings probably in the week of 12 January 😊
