Description
👋 Hey! We’re looking for someone to join our gorgeous flat in a fantastic, central location!
The flat is just a 10-minute walk from both Moorgate and Old Street underground stations, and even closer to Liverpool Street and Shoreditch High Street. With Columbia Road, Shoreditch, Brick Lane and Spitalfields Market all within walking distance, there is tons to do and explore in the area.
The flat includes:
- A cosy living room
- A separate, fully equipped kitchen
- A spacious shared bathroom
- A bright, roomy bedroom facing the street (that could be yours!)
- A communal, private courtyard at the rear of the property that catches all the sunlight in summer months
You’ll be sharing with two professionals:
Yas, a recruitment professional working within the Architecture industry who loves anything art and architecture related, cooking for friends, cozy movie nights, and exploring the area.
Maddie, a school librarian who loves reading, running, pub drinks, and eating out.
We’re not a party flat, but we do enjoy catching up in the living room with some TV or a chat when we are all home together. At the same time, we all appreciate the importance of personal space and downtime too.
We're looking for someone clean (we have a weekly cleaning rota), considerate, and sociable, and who’s happy to contribute to a relaxed and welcoming home environment. We’re a friendly and respectful household, so are looking for someone similar.
Given the location, it is important to mention that the street can be busy on certain weekday evenings and on the weekends. It’s never given us too much bother, but given that all the rooms face on the main street, some noise in the evenings is to be expected.
Bills currently come to £118.50 per month, including everything, but tend to go down in the summer months.
Along with the £885 deposit, that will be paid directly to our outgoing flatmate, there will also be the chance to buy the current furniture in the room for £100, which includes the bed, mattress, wardrobe, cabinet, and chest of drawers.
If this sounds like a good fit, drop us a message and tell us a bit about yourself — what you do, what you’re into, and what you're looking for in a flatshare.
Given how much interest we receive, we will only be able to respond to those who are a match for all age requirements and are working professional. Give the landlord checks, we unfortunately can’t accept students with guarantors.
Thanks for reading and we looking forward to hearing from you!
