My flatmate is moving out and wanna share my space with a new mate.

The flat is a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment , fully furnished and has everything you need for comfortable city living. You will have your own bathroom with a tube. The living space and kitchen is shared. The location is honestly one of its best features — Liverpool Street, Aldgate, and Aldgate East stations are all within a 5–8 minute walk, and Shoreditch (plus the Overground) is just around the corner.

The area is full of great restaurants, cafés, and bars, so there’s always something to do. For groceries, you’ve got Tesco, Sainsbury’s, and Lidl all nearby. The flat comes with a cleaner who comes every two weeks, which helps keep things fresh and tidy.

Bills (approximate):

* Electricity: ~£150 in summer / up to £400 in winter
* Water: ~£100/month
* Council tax: ~£140/month
* WiFi: £39/month (not the fastest, but does the job)

A bit about me:
I’m 32, a doctor working in Woolwich. My schedule can be a bit irregular with some night shifts and weekend work. Outside of the work, I enjoy going to the gym, exploring new places, and hosting the occasional small dinners with friends.

I’d love to live with someone who is friendly, respectful, and tidy. Ideally, a working professional who doesn’t work from home full-time. I’m quite easy-going and respect personal space, but it would be nice to get along and have a chat now and then too.

Probably not the best fit if you’re into frequent parties or having lots of people over all the time.
