Huge double bedroom in Liverpool Street

We are renting out a furnished room in a gated development away from the noisy streets but in the perfect location. We are looking for a new flatmate, someone who is quiet and nice basically.

We are finance professionals and looking for a professional to share this very large flat with. We work hard and keep the flat clean and tidy. We are a couple and tend to keep ourselves to ourselves, though we are friendly! :)
We treat the flat like a home and are not looking for a partying flatmate. Also because our bedroom is substantially smaller than the one we rent out (yours!), if you don't mind we do like to have the lounge to ourselves for most of the time, but your room is very large!

We have fast broadband, never any problems with hot water...no unexpected issues to worry about!

I (Josh) work from 7am until 630pm and Sara 8: 00 to 6pm so no need to fight over the bathroom.
